1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User," "the Member," or "you") and jil3 ("jil3," "we," "us," or "the Company"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at jil3.one. These Terms govern your access to and use of all services, games, features, promotions, and content provided by jil3.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion on jil3.one, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with jil3's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are a resident of or physically located within a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful;
• You are not a citizen or resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• You are not registered as a self-excluded player with jil3 or any PAGCOR-affiliated gaming platform;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party;
• All information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and current.

jil3 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If jil3 reasonably suspects that a user is below 21 years of age, the account will be immediately suspended pending verification. Any winnings accrued during a period of underage gambling will be forfeited and withheld pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may maintain only one (1) registered account on jil3.one. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. jil3 may require documentary verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any time, including government-issued identification, proof of address, and payment method verification.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not, is your sole responsibility. jil3 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized account access due to your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

jil3 accepts deposits through the following payment methods available to Philippine residents: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven, USDT, and Coins.ph. The minimum deposit is PHP 100. Minimum and maximum deposit limits for each payment method are displayed at the time of transaction within your account Cashier section.

All funds deposited into your jil3 account are held for the purpose of placing bets and wagers on jil3 games and services. Deposits are not investments, and jil3 does not pay interest on deposited funds.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed;
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited;
• The minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 200;
• GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes during normal operating hours;
• Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, UnionBank) are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days;
• jil3 reserves the right to request additional documentation prior to processing any withdrawal;
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn — see Section 5.

jil3 reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawals pending compliance, fraud, or AML (Anti-Money Laundering) reviews as required under PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

jil3 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and loyalty rewards ("Promotions"). All Promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements communicated at the time the Promotion is offered.

General bonus terms applicable to all Promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses credited to your account must be wagered a minimum number of times ("wagering requirement") before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn;
• Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount unless otherwise stated in the specific Promotion terms;
• jil3 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus and related winnings if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a bonus was claimed in violation of these Terms or the specific Promotion terms;
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts;
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time unless explicitly permitted;
• jil3 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Promotion at any time without prior notice.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on jil3.one are operated in accordance with the rules published within each game and the specifications of the respective game provider. jil3 games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable game outcomes, ensuring fair and unpredictable results.

Live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, dragon tiger, sic bo, and related titles) are operated by third-party live casino studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and affiliated providers. The rules of live casino games are governed by the rules displayed within each live game session.

In the event of a technical failure, game malfunction, or disconnection during an active game session, jil3 will use reasonable efforts to determine the outcome based on game logs. If a fair outcome cannot be determined, the bet may be voided and the wagered amount returned to your account balance. jil3's decision in such matters is final.

Sports betting markets — covering PBA, NBA, UFC, boxing, football, sabong, and other events — are subject to separate sports betting rules accessible within the sports section of your jil3 account. All odds are subject to change, and bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jil3.one and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent account restrictions, suspensions, or bonus limitations;
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software tools to interact with jil3 games or services;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage;
• Money laundering, or depositing funds derived from illegal activity;
• Fraudulent use of payment methods, including unauthorized use of third-party payment accounts;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification;
• Allowing or facilitating access to your account by a third party, including minors;
• Any activity that constitutes a violation of applicable Philippine law or PAGCOR regulations.

8. Responsible Gaming

jil3 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Filipino members. Gambling is intended solely as a form of entertainment and must not be used as a source of income or a means to resolve financial difficulties.

jil3 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account settings after login:

9. Intellectual Property

All content on jil3.one — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, software, game content, text, and design elements — is the property of jil3 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use jil3.one solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any jil3 content without prior written consent from jil3.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jil3 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, jil3's services, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

jil3 does not warrant that its services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. jil3's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or jil3's services shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim.

jil3 shall not be liable for losses arising from events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, telecommunications failures, or other force majeure events.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

jil3 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or permanently terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, if jil3 determines or reasonably suspects that:

• You have violated any provision of these Terms;
• You have provided false information during registration or KYC;
• Your account is associated with fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• Your account has been used by an unauthorized third party, including a minor;
• You have requested self-exclusion under jil3's Responsible Gaming Policy;
• Continuation of your account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to jil3.

Upon termination for cause, jil3 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. If no violation is confirmed following investigation, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting jil3 support. Upon voluntary closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.

12. Disputes & Governing Law

These Terms and all matters relating to your use of jil3's services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. PAGCOR regulations applicable to online gaming operators are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, your account, or any transaction on jil3.one shall first be submitted to jil3's customer support team for resolution. jil3 will endeavor to resolve disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receiving a formal complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through jil3's internal dispute resolution process, the matter may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms in accordance with applicable regulations. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines for any unresolved disputes.

13. Amendments

jil3 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be effective upon posting of the updated Terms on jil3.one. Where amendments are material, jil3 will use reasonable efforts to notify registered members via the email address or mobile number on file. Your continued use of jil3's services following the posting of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.
